Christina Marie Noel is a social entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and educator. As a marketing & strategy consultant and the CEO of Noel & Co., LLC, Christina works with community-focused entrepreneurs to build & grow their organizations. Her specialty is helping organizations understand their key stakeholders through market research and develop a marketing strategy that will actually work to connect with their target audience. Christina also launched the Figure Your Sh*t Out Accelerator program this September to help entrepreneurs & small business owners hone their business model and accelerate their progress through a no-BS, fun, and results-driven approach.


Christina has a MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a BA in Economics and Music Performance from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill where she graduated with highest honors and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 2015 Christina was recognized with the B Corp MVP Award, given annually to the single person worldwide who made the most contributions to building the B Corp movement. The B Corp (Benefit Corporation) movement is dedicated to the belief that we need to redefine success in business and it is led by more than 2700 companies across the world that are using business as a force for good, including Ben & Jerry's, Patagonia, Hootsuite, Kickstarter, and Eileen Fisher. Christina is also the founder of Arc Benders, a storytelling media company (and soon-to-be non-profit) created to celebrate everyday superheroes who are changing their communities without the expectation of any reward and she co-hosts the Arc Benders Podcast. She lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband Jason, her slightly insane Australian Blue Heeler rescue dog Shadow, and high maintenance cat Sophie who was born on the streets of Atlanta, GA.
